Cash discount was a primary topic and was discussed from booth to booth with many similar or duplicate solutions… The one thing that was NOT DISCUSSED and one might say ignored was Merchants who accept tips (restaurants, service, hospitality, etc). These merchants have long been in need of a solution for cash discounts and accounting for tips.
Most cash solutions do not address how the cash discount works on tips much less balance this to the merchant which leaves the merchant overpaying processing fees, taxes, and franchise dues.
